Voting system	All countries used televoting (50%) and juries (50%), The two parts of the vote were: first the jury awarded points in each country with 12, 10, 8-1 points and then the televoting also gives their final points.
Zone Song Contest

Zone Song Contest 2, often referred as ZSC 2, is the second edition of the Zone Song Contest. The edition is celebrated in United Kingdom as it was the host's country. BBC is the TV station chosen by the English delegation to televise and organize such important event of this dimensions for all the world after their victory in the first edition with the singer Alice Chater and the song "Hourglass" with 473 points.

Jane Goldman and Olly Murs will host the edition located in Glasgow. They were unveiled as presenters of the show in October of 2019. He will host the Semi-final 1, and she will do the same with the Semi-final 2, and finally both together the Grand Final.

Location

Initially a call was opened so that all cities in the United Kingdom that wanted to host the festival could do so. Of these cities would be selected one of each constituent nation that are: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, the four chosen were:

• San Marino: The SMRTV declared on October 19, 2019 that San Marino would not be back in the United Kingdom despite having qualified for the Grand Final, the bad result and a possible economic failures seem the reasons, but they have not ruled out coming back in future editions.
