Tubevision Contest 17, often referred to as TVC 17, was the 17th edition of Tubevision Contest.

About

The edition was held in Helsinki, Finland. Uganda made their debut entry. Finland and Sweden were already in the final. Malta tried once again with Monroe but again it failed to get through the final. Finland the host didn't reach the top 5 and it finished last. However Sweden finished 6th. Cheryl Cole returned to the contest after her failed try in the 2nd edition. However this time she won the contest representing United Kingdom.
