The Best of TVC 3, or TBoT 3, was the third edition of The Best of TVC, the special edition for Tubevision Contest.
About
The top 3 songs from the second 10 editions (TVC 21 to 30) took part in two semi-finals followed by one final. 15 songs in each semi-final, 7 songs from each semi-final qualified for the final. Users could vote for their own songs.
