TWMC 7

The World Music Contest 7, often referred to as TWMC#7, was the 7th edition of The World Music Contest. This edition held in Jokkmokk after Sweden won the previous edition of this contest.

A new record with 32 participants. Seven songs in each semi-final gets a ticket to the final. One song was added to the final by draw from the countries who finished on places 8 & 9. This time Malaysia was the lucky one. For the second time in a row this wild card country finished on the last position.
