•  Colombia - After 10 editions,Colombia decided to return in the contest.
• Estonia – The HoD of the country announced the withdrawal due to the poor results which got the country in the last edition.A return in the future is unknown.
• Serbia – Serbia forced to withdraw after the dismissal of the HoD.
• Taiwan – No further statement and reason were given from the HoD.A return is quite sure.
