Rui Andrade is a singer and an actor from Portugal. He is well known for playing the role of João Pedro in a Portuguese television series called "Morangos Com Açucar". He is a fan of Eurovision Song Contest and also a fan of some eurovision singers such as the 2005 winner Elena Paparizou. He tried to represent Portugal in ESC 2011 with the song "Em Nome Do Amor", but unfortunately he ended up in 3rd place.Then in 2012 he entered the Portuguese Festival da Canção again with a song called "Amor A Preto E Branco".He obtained a third place again. Rui worked in several musicals along with many other portuguese artists such as João Baião, Marina Mota and many others. He has also played the role of Ruben, a diabetic university student in a soap opera. At the moment he is working in a musical that recreates the traditional Portuguese Vaudeville show called "Grande Revista à Portuguesa" and he is going to be a contestant at Festival da Canção for the third time with a beautiful song called " Ao teu encontro " (Until I find you - in English )
