Countries, which have been in scoreboard on top 3, their automatically quilified to the grand final next year, also country who win a competition quilified to grand final how host country
"Nul points" or last place
Countries who have nul point in the final scoreboard or were last in the grand final have to withdraw from competition next year. After one year they can return to competition
