Ourvision Song Contest 23, often referred to as OVSC 23, was the 23rd edition of Ourvision Song Contest. It was held in Marseille, France. 32 countries participated in the contest. There were two semi-finals with 16 countries in each and 8 countries from each semi-final qualified for the final, making it 16 countries in the final. The winner was Owl City with the song "Fireflies", representing United States.
Voting in the semi-finals lasted for 3 days between March 14 and March 17 as well as between March 17 and March 20. Voting in the final however lasted for 5 days between March 23 and March 28. 98 votes were counted in total. There were 32 votes in the first semi-final, 34 in the second semi-final and 34 in the final.
