OVSC, Song of the Decade 1, or OVSC SotD 1, was the first edition of OVSC, Song of the Decade, the first special edition for Ourvision Song Contest. It was the first ever song of the decade special edition. The top 3 songs from the first 10 editions (OVSC 1 to 10) took part in two Semi-Finals followed by one Final. The total number of songs were thereby 30 with 15 songs in each Semi-Final. 7 songs from each Semi-Final qualified for the Final. None of the songs represented any country or any user. Users who had submitted the songs in the first place to OVSC could vote for their own songs. The contest was 9 days long just like a regular OVSC edition.
