Freshvision Song Contest 1 is the first edition of the Freshvision Song Contest. It was held in January 2018. The contest was hosted in Baltimore United States. The contest was organised by Jarickben38. This contest is seen as the continuation of the Yourovision Song Contest, which ended with the 33rd edition, which went from March till October 2017.
Location[]
United States was picked as the host country for the first Freshvision Song Contest because Jarickben38, the organiser, will represent the United States (alongside the United Kingdom). The host city will be Baltimore, Maryland. This city was chosen for 2 reasons. First, Baltimore is a seaside city, fitting the ocean theme of this edition. Second, the representative of the United States hails from Maryland.
Format[]
Shows[]
1 grand final will be held. No semi finals will take place, unless more than 26 participants participate.

The slogan for this edition is Cool Vibes, which embodies the carefree and laidback lifestyle of surfers and the light and fun atmosphere of a beach. This slogan is accompanied by an ocean/beach motif, fitting with the themes and ideas of the slogan.
