WideVision Song Contest 1, often referred to as WVSC 1, was the 1st edition of WideVision Song Contest. There were 2 Semi Finals with 15 songs in each. The voting period in the final lasted for 9 days.

It was held in Rome as the draw of the 1st edition was WVSC to be held in Italy.There were no automatic qualifiers as it was the 1st edition.
