Festival of International Music 5 (FoIM 5) was the fifth edition of Festival of International Music and the first ever special edition of the contest.
Rules[]
- Only european countries are allowed this edition! (Non-european countries however will not become free!)
- Song chosen needs to have participated in ESC from any year 1956-2015!
- Chosen participant needs to have been taken part for the chosen country in ESC!
United Kingdom is not splitted this edition!- Borrowing is not allowed this edition!
- Autonome regions like Åland Islands or Faroe Islands cannot take part this edition!
