Other Countries

Italy.png Italy: RAI was forced to withdraw from the contest due to disagreements with the management team and a failure to vote in the Semi Finals, which was a requirement for qualification to the final. The entry, Bad On The Dancefloor, still competed in the Semi Final but was not eligible for a place in the Final. Had Italy competed, they would’ve qualified for the Final instead of Romania

Lithuania.png Lithuania: LTR was forced to withdraw from the contest due to disagreements with the management team and a failure to vote in the Semi Finals, which was a requirement for qualification to the final. The entry, Tattoo, still competed in the Semi Final but was not eligible for a place in the Final. Had Lithuania competed, they would’ve failed to qualify
