BalkanVision Song Contest 3 is the third edition of the BalkanVision Song Contest.
Rules[]
- Only Balkan countries are allowed to participate.
- The host country can invite countries in the near of the Balkans (Hungary, Ukraine & Austria)
- The singer has to have a connection with the country (roots, born, family, career).
- The singer has to be alive.
- The singer has to be older than 15.
- Each participant gets one country.
- You can’t vote for your own country.
- Each country has to vote in the Grand Final.
