The 2nd edition of Eurovision Cover Song Contest was held between 23rd June and 26th June in Lisbon, Portugal, following Mark Anthony Bartolo's win for this country in 1st edition. Ten countries competed in the contest.
Belarus won the contest with 82 points out of 108, getting 78.9% of points and beating United Kingdom by just 5 points, sending next edition to Minsk. Winning participant is Angelo D'Adamo.

Italy was about to debut in this edition with "L'Amore e feminna" by Angelo D'Adamo, but he later changed country to Belarus.
Another forbidden debut is Spain, as Juan Pedro Nardin withdrew.
Malta and San Marino were disqualified, because of missing the deadline, but they still can vote.
