the second edition of ~ canticum certamine is held in one of the stunning cities of Israel, Tel Aviv. 43 countries are participating, 6 of them are pre-qualified while the other 37 are split into 2 semi finals of 18 & 19 each.

Tel Aviv-Yafo, often referred to as just Tel Aviv, is the most populous city in the Gush Dan metropolitan area of Israel. Located on the Israeli Mediterranean coastline and with a population of 451,523, it is the economic and technological center of the country.
